Thank you for your interest in Galloping Hill.
Union County has two courses, Galloping Hill in Kenilworth and Ash Brook in Scotch Plains, and we welcome all golfers from beginners to seasoned professionals with first class facilities, reasonable fees and great locations.
Galloping Hill, known as the “home of public golf,” has a challenging, championship-scale course, and it offers learning opportunities for all ages with three putting greens, practice course, all-weather driving range, world class instructors and vendor agnostic-club fitting lab. As the headquarters of First Tee of Raritan Valley, Galloping Hill also reaches out to the community with youth development programs and camps for young golfers.
The New Jersey Golf Association is also headquartered in the modern, state-of-the-art Clubhouse at Galloping Hill, which provides golfers and visitors with a top quality atmosphere including The Hill Tavern sports bar and a stunning view of the course.
Ash Brook is highlighted by a parkland style 18-hole course and a popular Pitch and Putt. A spectacular new clubhouse with a view of the course and the new Tavern at Ash Brook restaurant, which opened in 2019, has been well-received by the public! We urge you to come experience this beautiful facility and bring your family and friends.
Managed by the leading firm KemperSports, our golf courses are the centerpiece of an exciting, dynamic community that is dedicated to the highest standards of customer service while fostering an open, inclusive environment for all.
Whether you are seeking to learn, challenge yourself, or simply dine and enjoy the views, please come and experience the best public courses—and facilities—in New Jersey.
Sincerely,
Chairwoman Kimberly Palmieri-Mouded
