Executive Conference Room: Located on our first floor, three picture windows looking out to the golf course with shades available to darken the room, built-in LCD projector and screen, flat screen television and large conference table. Comfortable captain chairs for meetings up to 16 guests or up to 20 with ballroom chairs. Attached kitchen makes it perfect for in room breakfast, breaks, lunch and dinner.
Pre-function/ Cocktail Hour Area, Outdoor Terrace and Grand Ballroom: Located on the second floor, we can host a cocktail hour with a variety of hand passed hors d'oeuvres and stations, full bar service available, complete access to our outdoor, covered veranda overlooking the pristine fairways of the Galloping Hill Golf Course. Adjacent to our cocktail hour room is our Grand Ballroom, a beautifully designed contemporary space perfect for meetings from 50 – 300. We have the ability to completely split the room in half for break-out space or smaller meetings. Onsite audio visual services available at an additional charge.
